Rob was your employee who showed up. Our particular electrical problem was not difficult. A circuit tripped in the electrical panel. Rob showed how to open the panel and he untripped the circuit and and problem solved. He also educated myself and my wife about any future problem. He was very polite and friendly. We will ask for Rob in the future if any electrical problem arises.
