I’d never thought of using Express Electric but heard about them on the radio. I was so pleased to learn they work weekends no problem! What? That was my surprise. So, appointment was made and the day of service I also got a nice follow up reminder call. The technician showed up as planned and on time and his name was Jacob. He was in uniform, was friendly and as honest as they come. He remedied my electrical issue and was helpful in showing me what he troubleshooted. Express Electrical Services did a great job on our repairs. We did not know what our exact issue was as power was on in half the house and out in other half. I contacted this company and they were prepared to come out the same day. We opted for next day and Oren came out the following day bright and early ready to work. I was nervous that the issue wouldn’t be found but Oren found it and tackled the issue. I would highly recommend this company. Superb customer service.

First of all they were very professional, and quick to respond. I had to change out my electrical panel and they completed the job within the time they stated and had SCE out to inspect that day. Robert Duran was the lead person, and was so great at explaining every step of the way. Jose and Daniel were awesome as well. Very polite and helpful. They were friendly and more than accommodating! We got a confirmation within min of when our technician was to arrive. They sent a text with his name, picture and bio which made me feel really comfortable knowing who was coming. Rob arrived and was so pleasant and professional. He informed me of our issue and was thorough in confirming what was wrong. Two electricians came before him gave us more more expensive non necessary “fixes” to the issue. We would hire them again any day!

Alex.K was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about my electricity needs. He came out the next day after half of my home power shut off. He took the time to explain every detail so I had a good understanding of what was needed, and presented it to me in ways I could easily understand. I needed to upgrade my entire panel and relocate it to meet city code. I never felt rushed whenever I asked questions or needed clarification. Alex.K made sure he didn’t leave me without a running fridge (he connected an extension cord so my food wouldn’t go bad, and he taped it to my floor to prevent anyone tripping) and followed up with me the next day, just as he promised. He also called me the evening before he was scheduled to work to confirm his arrival time, which was exactly the time he said it would be. Because I had a clear understanding of what the job entailed, I was able to work from home and still be available so he could keep me updated about every step of the job as they advanced throughout the day. After the amazing job he and his team did, he made sure I checked all the switches on my own and then reviewed everything with me section by section, and the final invoice was exactly as promised. I was very pleased with the service provided Express Electrical Services. Jesse was very informative of the trouble I was having. I had to chance to experience really great customer service from Express Electrical Services. Having found them on Google, I had given them a call and their customer service was very friendly. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my outlet as it had smoked one random day and stopped working, of course. They sent out a pair of technicians, Wallace and Lamar. Although I only had trouble with one outlet, they went ahead and inspected all the outlets I had to see if the damage could have spread. Sure enough, I had a total of 3 outlets that had the issue. They were able to sort out the issue within a few hours and the fact that their work is warrantied, this makes me feel very confident in their workmanship and excellent service. I would honestly recommend this company to others, especially Wallace and Lamar.

I had an electrical emergency and had to call express electrical services. They sent an electrician Alex. K immediately and he looked at the problem and provided me the various options to fix the problem. He was very detailed in giving me various costs for each option and the amount of work involved. He also found replacement parts after scouting for 2 hrs in various places. Alex. D did a tremendous job of not only fixing the issue same day and he explained me what to do as a best practice as a home owner going forward. He educated me on the nuances of how the breaker works and it was a great learning experience for me and he opened my eyes on various aspects of how everything works. If I could give Rob 10 stars, I would! I could not have been happier with Rob’s service from Express Electrical! Last night, I lost power in my bedroom and after some of my attempts to troubleshoot failed, I called Express. They were able to get me an appointment the next day, at my convenience. The wonderfully kind dispatch agents gave me a two hour window and called me twice to update me on the arrival time and to let me know whom I should expect. When Rob arrived, he was quick to get to work. He answered all of my questions along the way, helping understand his process and the problem. Within 45 minutes, he was able to identify the problem, give me 3 options for repair, and fix the problem. Overall, Rob was efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant whilst Express was quick, responsive, and transparent! I’ll definitely be calling Express and requesting Rob for any future electrical work!

I hired Express Electrical on a Saturday night to troubleshoot and repair electrical problems my handyman found when I wanted all electrical outlets and switches replaced in my 40 year old condo. Rob with Express arrived the next morning— on a Sunday. The price was much more than I anticipated, but I’m extremely satisfied with the service. I could have found someone to repair it at a lower cost, but I wanted it done RIGHT and there were various problems that needed remediated. I had faith Rob would fix everything. He arrived when he said he would, he was thoughtful, thorough, and explained what needed to be done. He took a long time evaluating the problems before he calculated the quote. He also installed canned lighting in the bedroom which was an add on to my original request. I will use Express in the future and I will ask for Rob. I now have peace of mind. Great Job!!

FINALLY! A company that delivers excellent customer service, outstanding technicians and top notch products. I was in a real bind with my air conditioner situation and the guys at Express bent over backwards to get my air up and running. Once the appointment was made the tech called me ahead of time to go over what was needed and called again the day of the appointment to let me know exactly when he would arrive. They are very accommodating and sent their techs even with a short lead time. The Tech (Robert) that did the troubleshooting was very nice and identify the problem immediately. The diagnostics was very clear and precise. He also make sure that the wire that was installed on our property is standard and ensure that this is not the root cause of the problem.

Let me first start and say this.. I am utterly the happiest I could be! Thanks to Ken For his amazing service and attitude. Express home service came to my home after 6pm on one of the hottest days and helped me and my kids out. Ken the master electrician explained everything he was doing to fix my faulty wiring in my home. He actually explained to me and opened my eyes to the danger I had in my old home. Great service and work well done. I highly recommend if you ever lose power in one of the hottest days these guys are who you call. I’m so happy I have my air conditioner back and my WiFi.

I called on a Friday evening at 5 PM as I needed an electrician out to my mothers house, it was an emergency. The wiring was faulty and Robert got out there and made sure my moms house was safe for the evening and then came back the next two days and finished the job. Alex.K was very knowledgeable. He made repairs that he said he was going to do. He stayed really late past 11pm to complete the job. I stumbled onto this company, and am very grateful that I did. Jacob came out and gave me an estimate immediately. I almost fell over, but I was so impressed by his review of what needed to be done and just his general professional demeanor that I said what the hell and went for it. He and his partner Raoul, did about 80 percent of the work and another man came out to finish the crown molding and recessed box to convert from fluorescent light fixtures. They were very adept at handling unexpected contingencies- no extra costs, no drama. They even bought a special bit in order to perform the work more efficiently. Super professional team, yet very pleasant and friendly. They cleaned up everything they could each night before they left so I wasn't left living in dust for a week. I could write a small book about the experience, but I'll just say that my experience with this company was 'as good as it gets'. Worth the money.

Hector was fantastic! He did an excellent job of walking me through what needed to be done for the mounting of two ceiling ceiling fans. When he came across some ... interesting... wiring choices the previous owner made with a junction box, it didn’t add anything to the overall job cost as we had a contract for a flat rate.
